Ce message concerne les gens qui ont tous leurs legs dans une spé et qui espéraient essayer de gruger le système à la 7.2.5 pour avoir les nouveaux legs de façon quasi instant.
In regards to your ticket, I have taken a look into this matter for you and if you have all the items for a spec then the BLP will only increase (not that we can see it) if you select another loot spec as the system cannot award Legendarys for another spec at this time, that changes next patch that if you have them all and earn another it will just select another spec randomy.
